For most of our lives we have watched elders quorums move families in and out of wards. Brent felt like he had become pretty good at packing. But the Africans, now they know how to pack. They put us to shame with how they can fill up a truck or a chariot or a bike and move things. It's remarkable and we have only seen two trucks ever lose their loads in our almost ten months of seeing incredible feats of packing and moving.
First, it's amazing just what a person can manage to pack into a container and carry.
If they're lucky, they have a bike and they can really pack it when they have need of moving.
Or better still, they can pack a chariot full to the top and overflowing. Wow, they can pack things in there so well that maybe they can even have a little moving business.
And if you want to pack people into small spaces, the Congolese are experts. They can put 22 in a mini-van, or move even more people in a truck.
But, if the Congolese have a truck, they can really fill it up and have a great business.
Mattresses are especially easy to pack.
They moved chairs to a new building and this is how they moved 250 chairs.
Or they can really go for it and pack both people and commodities in their truck or transport.
And if you are really a good packer, you don't even need a truck to get everything and everybody where you want to go.

NOBODY CAN PACK LIKE THE CONGOLESE!

This is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen! Maybe it's because we are here in Africa, and this is exactly what you see every day. But we must admit yours is a little beyond what we see in South Africa. Amazing!

And I thought I was cool packing $50 worth of groceries on my scooter. I did have a watermelon, a cantaloupe, two boxes of cereal, a carton of eggs, a gallon of milk, baby's soy milk, among other things. I have nothing on the Congolese, though.
