Returned from our visit to Bangui just in time to cross the Congo River again. This time we rented a boat, but we took a big group of missionaries to Kinshasa with us. Some were finishing their missions and some were being transferred to Kinshasa. It was quite a party on the Congo.

The next day those finishing their missions came to our apartment for their farewell dinner, personal interviews and testimony meeting. Always hard to see our great missionaries leave us. But it's also wonderful to see how much they add to their wards after they arrive home. This week we saw one of these missionaries, Elder Mukendi, in his home ward where he was called as the executive secretary. The future is in good hands.
